3. Add the room temperature cream cheese to the bowl. The cream cheese should be soft so it mixes easily with the other ingredients.
4. Now add the two tablespoons of butter to the bowl. Make sure the butter is also soft so it blends well with the other ingredients.
5. Mix the ingredients thoroughly in the bowl. You can use a spoon or your hands to mix everything well until you get a smooth mixture.
6. Take the tortillas and place them on a clean work surface. Spread the chicken and cheese mixture evenly on the tortillas. Leave some space around the edges to make it easier to roll them up later.
7. Carefully roll up each tortilla by folding the sides in slightly before fully rolling the tortilla. Press the edges together firmly to prevent the filling from falling out.
8. Heat a pan over medium heat. Place the wrapped tortillas in the pan and grill them for a few minutes until golden brown on each side. Make sure the heat isn't too high to prevent the tortillas from burning.
