🔥😍❤️ CHICKY’S JERK CHICKEN MAC BOWL – Spicy, creamy, and Caribbean-inspired!

1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

1 tbsp butter (melted)

1 tbsp Parmesan cheese

Dash of paprika or cayenne

✅ Instructions
1. Marinate & Cook Jerk Chicken
Toss chicken with jerk seasoning, oil, lime juice, garlic, and sugar. Let marinate for at least 30 min (or overnight).

Grill, pan-sear, or bake until fully cooked (internal temp 165°F / 74°C). Rest, then slice or shred.

2. Cook Pasta
Boil pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.

3. Make the Cheese Sauce
In a saucepan, melt butter. Whisk in flour and cook 1 min.

Gradually whisk in milk and cream until smooth.

Stir in cheeses, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, hot sauce, and (optional) a bit of jerk paste.

Mix in cooked pasta until fully coated.

4. Assemble the Bowl
In an oven-safe dish or bowl, layer mac & cheese and top with jerk chicken.

5. Add Crispy Topping (Optional but Fire 🔥)
Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, butter, and paprika. Sprinkle on top.

Broil or bake at 400°F (200°C) for 5–8 min until golden and bubbly.

🌿 Optional Garnishes:
Fresh thyme or parsley

Extra jerk drizzle

Lime wedge on the side 😍
