Preparation:
Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water until al dente, drain, and set aside.
Heat butter or olive oil in a large pan.
Briefly fry the garlic, then add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink.
Add the cream and bring to a boil briefly.
Stir in the Parmesan cheese and let it melt into the hot sauce.
Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
