Stuffed Chicken, Bacon & Chive Bread Loaf

Make the Filling: In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, chopped chives, shredded cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until fully combined.
Prepare the Bread: Slice the loaf of bread in half lengthwise, but don’t cut all the way through. Hollow out the bread, leaving a thick crust.
Stuff the Loaf: Pack the bread with the chicken and bacon mixture, pressing down to make sure it fits.
Bake: Wrap the stuffed bread in aluminum foil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes, or until the outside is golden brown and crispy.
Serve: Slice into thick pieces and enjoy the savory, cheesy goodness!
