Roasted Tomato Tarte Tatin with Balsamic Vinegar, Fresh Basil, and Parmesan 🍅🧀🌿

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a skillet, heat the olive oil and add the whole tomatoes. Let them brown for a few minutes.
Add the balsamic vinegar and honey (or sugar) to lightly caramelize the tomatoes. Let them reduce for 2-3 minutes.
Place the tomatoes and their juices tightly in a tart pan.
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
Unroll the puff pastry over the tomatoes, tucking the edges slightly into the pan. Prick the pastry with a fork and bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
Remove from the oven, let rest for 5 minutes, then turn the tart out onto a plate.
Sprinkle with chopped fresh basil before serving.
