Ingredients:
4 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 6 lemons)
3/4 cup granulated sugar
4 cups cold water
Ice cubes
Lemon slices and peach slices for garnish
In a blender, purée the peaches until smooth. Pass through a fine-mesh sieve to remove the pulp if desired. In a large pitcher, combine the peach puree and sugar. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
