Puff pastry garland: the recipe for the appetizer to serve for the holidays

Unroll the circular puff pastry. Lightly press a bowl on the center to leave the circular mark and then make cuts starting from the edge of the circle to obtain 8 parts.

Spread the cream cheese. Place a piece of smoked salmon on each section and fold the two corners towards the center to create a pocket.

Add tall pieces of salmon, cut towards the center and fold inwards.

Transfer the rustico to the baking tray. Add the olives and cherry tomatoes.

Brush the beaten egg onto the pastry and sprinkle the poppy and sesame seeds.
Place in the oven at 180°C for 25 minutes.
