Ingredients:
115g water
4g instant dry yeast
10g sugar
3g salt
15g olive oil
200g bread flour (all-purpose flour as an alternative)
200g mozzarella cheese (add more if desired)
Your favorite vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, onions, mushrooms)
Pepperoni or ham
Pizza sauce (spaghetti sauce as a substitute)
Directions:
Prepare the dough:
In a bowl, combine 115g water, 4g instant dry yeast, and 10g sugar. Stir gently and let stand for about 5 minutes, until the yeast activates and becomes foamy. Add 3g of salt and 15g of olive oil to the yeast mixture.
Gradually add 200g of bread flour, mixing until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Preheat the oven:
Preheat your oven to its highest temperature, usually around 220-250°C (428-482°F).
Assemble the pizza:
Once the dough has risen, punch it down to remove any air bubbles.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface, according to the size of your pan.
Transfer the rolled-out dough to your greased pizza pan. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle 200g of mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
