Panna cotta with balsamic strawberries

🥄 Make the Panna Cotta:
Bloom the gelatin:
Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in a small bowl. Let sit for 5–10 minutes.

Heat cream mixture:
In a saucepan, heat cream, milk, and sugar over medium heat. Stir until sugar dissolves — do not boil. Remove from heat.

Add gelatin:
Stir in the bloomed gelatin until completely dissolved. Then mix in vanilla.

Pour & chill:
Pour mixture into ramekins or glasses. Cool to room temperature, then chill in fridge for at least 4 hours (or overnight) until set.

🍓 Prepare the Balsamic Strawberries:
In a bowl, mix sliced strawberries with balsamic vinegar and sugar.

Let macerate for at least 15–30 minutes. The berries will soften and create a lovely syrup.

✨ To Serve:
Spoon balsamic strawberries and their syrup over the set panna cotta.

Garnish with a mint or basil leaf if you're feeling fancy.
