Oven-baked stuffed potatoes: delicious and easy to prepare

How to make it:
Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Scrub the potatoes clean, pierce them all over with a fork, and rub them with a little olive oil and salt.

Bake the potatoes in the oven for about 45–60 minutes, until tender inside.

Cut the potatoes open (don't cut all the way through), carefully scoop out the insides, and place them in a bowl.

Mix the mashed potatoes with crème fraîche, cheese, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper (and additional filling of your choice).

Fill the potato skins with the mixture and sprinkle with some additional cheese, if desired.

Return to the oven for 10–15 minutes, until the tops are golden brown.

Great with:
As a fresh salad, with grilled vegetables, or simply as a savory snack!
