Mediterranean Chicken in the Slow Cooker

Instructions:

Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker.

Top with cherry tomatoes, olives, red onion, garlic, and season with oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.

Pour the olive oil and chicken broth over the ingredients.

Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours, or until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.

In the last 30 minutes of cooking, sprinkle the feta over the chicken and let it melt.

Serve with rice or pita bread for a complete meal.
