Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (gas mark 6).
Roll out the shortcrust pastry in a tart pan.
Slice the Maroilles cheese into thin slices and arrange them on top of the pastry.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the crème fraîche, season with salt and pepper.
Pour the mixture over the Maroilles cheese slices.
Bake for 30 minutes.
