Homemade naan bread (fried in a pan)
Ingredients (for about 6-8 pieces):
250 g of fine flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of sugar
125 ml of lukewarm milk
2 tablespoons of natural yogurt
2 tablespoons of oil (vegetable or melted butter) + for frying
Optional: melted butter or garlic butter for spreading when serving
