Melt the chocolate
Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave (in 30-second increments), then let cool slightly.
Prepare the ice cream base
In a large bowl, combine the cream, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, cocoa powder (optional), and a pinch of salt. Then add the warm melted chocolate and mix well until smooth. Filling the Bags
Pour a small amount of melted chocolate inside each bag (for a marbled effect), then add the ice cream mixture. Tie the ends tightly with a rubber band or string.
Freezing
Place the ice creams upright in a container and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
Serving
Once frozen, cut off the ends and enjoy! These are perfect for kids (and big sweet tooths) in the summer.
