Option 1: Morning Boost
Mix the olive oil and grated garlic together in a small bowl or jar.
Let it sit for 5–10 minutes to activate the garlic’s allicin.
Take 1 tablespoon on an empty stomach in the morning.
(You can chase it with lemon water if the taste is strong.)

Use it as a salad dressing base or drizzle over cooked vegetables, rice, or toast.
