1. Mash the avocado in a small bowl with a fork until smooth, then stir in the lime juice.
2. Lay the wraps flat on a clean surface.
3. Evenly spread half of the avocado mixture on each wrap.
4. Evenly spread the cucumber, carrot, red bell pepper, and feta cheese over the avocado. 5. Roll each wrap tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
6. Cut in half if desired and serve immediately, or wrap in foil or parchment paper to take on the go.
