1 tbsp shredded coconut
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tsp chia or flax seeds
A dash of vanilla extract
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness (add more ice or coconut milk if needed).
Pour into a glass, garnish with a pineapple wedge or banana slice (optional), and enjoy!
