1 small bunch of fresh cilantro (about 1 cup)
1 liter of water
Juice of half a lemon (optional)
Preparation:
Wash the cilantro thoroughly to remove any traces of dirt. Bring the liter of water to a boil in a pot. Once boiling, add the cilantro and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Strain the infusion and store it in a glass container. To enhance the cleansing effect, you can add lemon juice before drinking.
Intended Use
It is recommended to drink 1 cup of this infusion on an empty stomach for 5 to 7 consecutive days and then rest for at least a week. This beverage should not be consumed in excess, as excessive intake can alter electrolyte levels due to its diuretic effect. It is also not recommended for people with chronic kidney disease without medical supervision.
Although cooked coriander is not a substitute for medical treatment, it can be an excellent natural supplement to keep the kidneys clean and functioning, especially when combined with a balanced diet and good hydration.
