Use a double boiler (or a bowl over a pot of simmering water).

Stir until melted and smooth.

3. Dip the Strawberries
Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip into the chocolate.

Let excess drip off.

Place dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

4. Optional: Add Toppings
Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle or roll the strawberries in your chosen toppings.

5. Let Them Set
Allow the strawberries to sit at room temperature for 30–60 minutes or refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until the chocolate hardens.

🍫 Fancy Upgrade: White Chocolate Drizzle
Melt a small amount of white chocolate.

Use a fork or piping bag to drizzle over hardened chocolate strawberries for decoration.

❄️ Storage Tips:
Best eaten the same day.

If storing, place in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 48 hours.

Avoid stacking them to prevent smearing.
