The chicken wings, once fried in boiling seed oil, are sprinkled with sesame seeds and fresh rosemary, then brushed with Buffalo sauce which, spicy and with a pleasantly sweet and sour nuance, will give the meat creaminess and a truly explosive flavour. A delicious second course, to be eaten on the tip of the fingers, perfect for an informal dinner with friends or an easy meal consumed on the sofa, perhaps in front of a nice movie.
You can also serve them for an aperitif, accompanied by crunchy potato chips and served together with a good craft beer, as American custom requires. If you don’t have time, you can also find the original sauce online under the name Frank Original Buffalo Wings, but prepared at home it will have a completely different flavour.
