Baked sea bream

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Clean the sea bream and make small incisions in the skin.
3. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, chopped garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
4. Stuff the sea bream with lemon slices and brush them with the oil mixture.
5. Place the sea bream in a baking dish and drizzle with the remaining lemon juice.
6. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, basting the sea bream regularly with their cooking juices. 7. Serve hot with roasted vegetables or rice.
