AN ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS ITALIAN MEATLOAF

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until just combined (don’t overmix!).

Shape into a loaf and place in a baking dish.

Top with a few spoonfuls of marinara and a handful of mozzarella.

Bake for 40–45 minutes or until cooked through.

Rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing. Serve with extra marinara or pasta!
