1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
2. Fry the bacon in a pan until golden brown, then drain on paper towels.
3. Unroll the puff pastry and cut it into triangles.
4. Place a portion of bacon and a piece of Raclette cheese on the base of each triangle.
5. Roll each triangle into a croissant and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Beat the egg and brush the croissants with it for a perfect golden brown. 7. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
