🥄 Puff pastry spoons with cheese and salmon: Make your aperitif something very special!

👨‍🍳 Instructions:
1. Prepare the puff pastry
Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan-assisted).

Roll out the puff pastry and cut into rectangular pieces (approx. 6 x 8 cm) in the shape of spoons.

2. Form the Spoons
Make a slit along the edge of each puff pastry rectangle, making sure to keep the center intact. This will create the spoon shape.

Bake the puff pastry spoons in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes, until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.

3. Prepare the Filling
Mix the cream cheese with lemon juice and dill in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

Add the smoked salmon pieces to the cream cheese mixture and mix gently.

4. Fill the Puff Pastry Spoons
Place some of the salmon and cream cheese mixture in the center of each puff pastry spoon.

(Optional) Sprinkle some grated Parmesan cheese over the filling for extra flavor.

5. Serve
Place the puff pastry spoons on a beautiful plate and serve immediately for a delicious and luxurious appetizer.
