Ingredients (Makes ~6 popsicles):
2 cups whole milk (or half-and-half for extra creaminess)
3 large egg yolks
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for extra thickness)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Make the custard base:
In a medium saucepan, whisk together egg yolks, sugar, and cornstarch (if using) until smooth.
Gradually add the milk, whisking constantly to combine.
