πŸ’₯ Tonight I made this creamy salmon pasta with garlic butter

Cook the pasta
Cook the pasta al dente in plenty of salted water according to the package instructions. Reserve some of the pasta water!

Fry the salmon
Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter and olive oil in a pan. Briefly sear the salmon (approx. 1-2 minutes per side), season lightly with salt and pepper. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Garlic Butter Sauce
Add the remaining butter to the pan and sautΓ© the garlic over medium heat. Deglaze with white wine (or broth) and reduce briefly. Add the cream, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat. Season with lemon juice, zest, salt, and pepper.

Combine everything.
Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce. If necessary, add a little pasta water until the consistency is right. Carefully mix in the salmon and heat briefly.

Serve
Plate, sprinkle with fresh herbs and Parmesan cheese. Enjoy while hot! 😍
