Super Express Thousand Hole Pancakes

Blend it all:
Toss everything into a blender – semolina, flour, yeast, baking powder, salt, sugar, and warm water. Blend for 1–2 minutes until smooth and lump-free.

Rest (but just a bit):
Let the batter rest for 10 minutes. You’ll notice little bubbles forming—that’s your magic.

Cook the magic:

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat (don’t grease it!).

Pour a small ladle of batter onto the skillet (like a crepe/pancake).

Cook only on one side – you’ll see lots of holes forming as it cooks. It’s done once the top is dry and spongy, no flipping needed.

Serve like a boss:

Traditional style: melt butter and honey together and drizzle all over.

Or go fusion: top with Nutella, fruits, syrup, or even savory toppings if you're wild like that.

Want a vegan version? Want it extra fluffy? Want to freeze a batch? Just say the word and I’ll tweak it for you.
