Success only 3 ingredients, dream of strawberries in yogurt

400g strawberries (other fruits if desired)
80g sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
200g mascarpone cheese
200g fromage blanc (low-fat cottage cheese)
200g yogurt
1/2 lemon(s), grated Peel
1 dot of vanilla sugar (bourbon)
125g of cream
Preparation
First, wash and clean the strawberries. Cut 175g of berries into pieces. Then add 20g of sugar, the lemon juice, and the purée.
Now mix the mascarpone, fromage blanc, yogurt, 50g of sugar, the lemon zest, and the vanilla sugar.
Then whip the cream until stiff and fold it in. Fold the strawberry purée into the cream. Place in a bowl. Refrigerate.
Now, cut the remaining strawberries in half, sprinkle them with sugar, and let them macerate. Pour over the cream and decorate.
