8 squid (fresh or frozen)
300g minced meat (beef or lamb)
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tomato, peeled and cut into cubes
1 c. with fresh chopped parsley soup
1 c. with fresh chopped (or dried) basil soup
1 slice of stale bread, crumbled (or 2 c. With hat soup)
1 œuf
2 c. with grated parmesan soup (optional)
1 c. with olive oil soup
Salt and pepper to taste
For the tomato sauce:
400 g of peeled tomatoes in a can or tomato sauce
1 onion, chopped
2 c. with olive oil soup
1 c. with sugar soup (if the sauce is too sour)
Salt and pepper to taste
Some basil leaves for garnish (optional)
