Sheet Pan Meatloaf

Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or grease lightly.
Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, half the ketchup, onion soup mix, and eggs. Mix well.
Shape Meatloaf: Transfer mixture to prepared sheet pan and form into a loaf.
Top with Ketchup: Spread remaining ketchup over the top of the meatloaf.
Bake: Bake in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
Rest and Serve: Let meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
