Sautéed Calamari with Garlic and Parsley 🌿🔥

1️⃣ Prepare the ingredients

Rinse and dry the calamari rings thoroughly with paper towels.
Peel and finely chop the garlic.
Slice the parsley. 2️⃣ Sauté the garlic
In a large, very hot skillet, pour the olive oil.
Add the chopped garlic and sauté over medium heat for 1 minute until lightly browned.
3️⃣ Cook the calamari
Add the calamari rings to the pan and sauté over high heat for about 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with paprika, salt, pepper, and chili flakes if you like a little heat.
4️⃣ Finish cooking
Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle generously with chopped parsley.
Mix well and continue cooking for another 2 minutes.
5️⃣ Enjoy immediately
Serve piping hot with rice, crusty bread, or a fresh salad.
