Spread the Boursin on the puff pastry, add the diced ham, and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Roll each side of the puff pastry inward (tightly) and let it rest for 15 minutes in the refrigerator, wrapped in plastic wrap.
Cut into rounds about 1 cm thick and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C.
