Ingredients:
(Serves 4 to 6)
For the dough:
250g flour
1 sachet of dry baker's yeast (or 10g fresh yeast)
125ml lukewarm water
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pinch salt
For the filling:
1 kg onions
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon sugar
12 anchovy fillets in oil (or more according to your taste)
About 20 black olives from Nice
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 sprig of thyme or a pinch of herbes de Provence (optional)
Salt and pepper
