No-Bake Spring M&M Peanut Butter Snack Bars

1. Line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper.
2. Melt peanut butter, honey, and butter in a saucepan over low heat.
3. Stir in vanilla extract and salt until smooth.
4. Remove from heat and fold in oats and rice cereal.
5. Press mixture firmly into the prepared pan.
6. Sprinkle chocolate chips and M&Ms evenly over the top.
7. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours until set.
8. Cut into bars and serve.
