Ingredients:
For the lemon cream:
2 eggs
100g sugar
50g butter
2 lemons (juice and zest)
For the mascarpone cream:
250g mascarpone
2 eggs (whites and yolks separated)
50g sugar
Zest of 1 lime
For assembly:
4 meringues
4 shortbread biscuits (Breton or Speculoos type)
