JELLY WITH FRESH FRUIT.

- Hydrate the gelatin: In a small bowl, dissolve the gelatin in ½ cup of cold water. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until it thickens.
- Prepare the gelatin base: In a saucepan, heat the remaining water with the sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Stir constantly until the sugar is completely dissolved, without letting it boil.
- Stir in the gelatin: Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the hydrated gelatin. Mix well until completely dissolved. Let the mixture cool slightly to room temperature.
- Prepare the fruit: Wash and cut the fruit into small pieces. Place them in a gelatin mold, distributing them evenly.
- Pour the gelatin: Carefully pour the gelatin mixture over the fruit in the mold.
- Refrigerate: Place the mold in the refrigerator and let it set for at least 4 hours, or until completely firm.
- Unmold and serve: To easily unmold, dip the mold in hot water for a few seconds and turn it upside down onto a plate. Serve chilled and enjoy!
