Ingredients:

1 kg potatoes, mostly waxy
1 stalk of leek
2-3 carrots
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
25 g frying fat or butter
1200 ml vegetable stock
100 ml sweet cream
Parsley
60 g bacon bits
3 sausages
1/2 teaspoon marjoram
Salt, pepper, nutmeg
Bread or baguette as an accompaniment (optional)
