Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Combine Cream Cheese Mixture: In a medium bowl, stir together the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
Add Seasonings and Cheese: Add the chopped green onions, grated cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and hot sauce. Stir to combine all ingredients. Set aside.
Prepare Slider Rolls: Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally, keeping the rolls connected. Place the bottom half of the rolls in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Layer First Cream Cheese: Spread half of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the bottom half of the rolls.
Add Ham: Sprinkle the chopped ham evenly over the cream cheese layer.
Layer Remaining Cream Cheese: Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture over the ham (or alternatively, spread it on the bottom side of the top half of the rolls).
Top with Rolls: Place the top half of the slider rolls over the ham and cream cheese layers.
Brush with Butter: Brush the tops of the slider rolls with the melted butter.
First Bake: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
Second Bake: Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the tops of the sliders are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve: Serve the Mississippi Sin Sliders warm. Enjoy!
