Ingredients:
8 servings
4 large onions
200g ground beef
100g grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
butter
vinegar
salt
pepper

Instructions:
For the stuffed onions recipe, peel the onions and cook them whole in boiling salted water with a little vinegar for 30 to 35 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the beef in a pan with a knob of butter, salt, and pepper for about 5 minutes, until it changes color.
Turn off the heat and transfer the beef to a bowl; add the Parmesan cheese and egg, and stir. Drain the onions, cut them in half horizontally, and scoop out the insides.
Chop the onion pulp and mix it with the beef. Mix until the ingredients are well combined (stuffing).
