Garbage Bread

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy but still chewy. Remove and chop. Set aside.

Drain most of the fat from the pan, then add ground beef and onion. Season with steak seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until beef is no longer pink, about 5–6 minutes.

Stir in bacon and green onions and remove from heat.

Roll out French bread dough into a rectangle. Spread beef mixture evenly over dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edge. Top with cheese.

Starting with a long side, roll dough up tightly and tuck ends under about 1/2 inch on each side. Transfer to a baking sheet.

Brush top with melted butter and bake until golden brown, 20–25 minutes.
