While the bacon cooks, place the bread slices in the fryer basket (no need to preheat for toast). Toast the bread at 175°C (350°F) for 3 to 4 minutes, depending on your preference for crispiness.
Once the toast is ready, remove it and set aside.
3. Cooking the Eggs:
To cook eggs in the air fryer, you can choose the following options:
Baked Eggs: Crack the eggs into a small ovenproof dish (such as a ramekin) and season with salt and pepper. Place it in the fryer basket and cook at 160°C (320°F) for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the whites are set and the yolks are to your liking.
Scrambled Eggs: Beat the eggs, add salt and pepper, then pour them into a small ovenproof dish or silicone mold. Place the dish in the air fryer and cook at 160°C (320°F) for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring halfway through.
4. Assembly:
Once all the ingredients are ready, arrange the toast on a plate, top with the eggs, and serve with crispy bacon.
