Ingredients
1 teaspoon toothpaste (preferably mint, not whitening)
1 tablespoon baking soda
1 tablespoon coconut oil or olive oil
1 tablespoon fine salt
1 drop tea tree essential oil (optional, but recommended for its antifungal properties)
Warm water (for rinsing)
Directions
In a small bowl, mix the toothpaste, baking soda, and fine salt.
Add coconut or olive oil to create a smooth paste.
If desired, add a drop of tea tree essential oil for a purifying effect.
Massage the mixture into your feet, focusing on the heels, soles and rough areas.
Leave for 5–10 minutes, relaxing.
Rinse with warm water and dry your feet well.
