📋 Ingredients (Serves 8 to 10):

▪️ For the shortbread:

🔸 30g icing sugar
🔸 2 pinches of salt
🔸 2 pinches of fleur de sel
🔸 100g flour
🔸 20g cornstarch
🔸 The zest of 1 lemon (yellow or green, according to your taste)
🔸 1 vanilla pod (seeds)
🔸 100g butter
▪️ For the almond paste:

🔸 120g almond flour
🔸 60g icing sugar
🔸 3 tbsp orange marmalade (or apricot jam for a sweeter version)
🔸 1 tbsp. orange blossom water
🔸 1 pinch of fleur de sel
▪️ For the dacquoise:

🔸 4 egg whites
🔸 20 g caster sugar
🔸 100 g icing sugar
🔸 100 g almond flour
▪️ For the decoration:

🔸 Slivered almonds
🔸 Icing sugar
