Line your mold with plastic wrap that extends over the sides to make it easier to remove.
Over low heat, melt the grated chocolate with the butter.
Add the sweetened condensed milk and smooth the mixture well.
Arrange a first layer of biscuits in the bottom of your mold and lightly brush with coffee.
Alternate layers of biscuits lightly soaked in coffee and the chocolate mixture. Finish with a layer of cookies. Let cool in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Tips:
If necessary, after removing from the mold, adjust the presentation with a few additional cookies.
