Cheese and Bacon Pizza Pie

Prepare the Dough:

In a large bowl, combine the flour, grated Parmesan cheese, dried garlic, and dried basil.
Gradually add the water and knead until a soft dough forms.
Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
Assemble the Pie Base:

Roll out the dough to fit your baking dish and press it into the dish.
Spread 2 tablespoons of ketchup evenly over the dough.
Prepare the Topping:

Cook the chopped bacon in a skillet until crisp. Set aside.
In a bowl, whisk together 2 eggs, the Parmesan cheese, and dried garlic.
Spread the egg mixture over the ketchup layer.
Evenly spread the Gouda cheese, fresh basil, cooked bacon, corn, diced ham, and shredded mozzarella cheese over the tart.
Bake:

Preheat oven to 180°C (356°F).
Bake the tart for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
