¼ cup (50g) granulated sugar
1 tsp salt
2¼ tsp (1 packet) instant yeast
4 large eggs (room temp)
¼ cup (60ml) warm milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup (225g) unsalted butter, softened
¾ cup (130g) dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips or chunks
