Prep the ingredients: Slice the strawberries and mozzarella into similar-sized pieces.

Layer or arrange: On a platter, alternate slices of strawberry and mozzarella, tucking basil leaves in between (or scatter on top if using chiffonade).

Drizzle and season: Drizzle with balsamic glaze and a touch of olive oil. Add a light drizzle of honey if you want it sweeter.

Finish with seasoning: Sprinkle with flaky salt and cracked pepper.

Serve immediately: Best served fresh at room temperature.

Want to add a little flair? Try these optional upgrades:

Add a handful of arugula for a peppery bite.

Swap balsamic glaze for a reduction with a splash of red wine.

Use burrata instead of mozzarella for extra creaminess.

Want this in a printable card or to turn it into an appetizer (like skewers)?
