Baking Easter lamb – the perfect cake for Easter!

Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F) and grease an Easter lamb mold (approx. 900 ml capacity).
Beat the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt in a bowl until fluffy. Stir in the eggs one at a time. Mix the flour and baking powder and gradually stir into the batter along with the lemon zest and lemon juice.
Pour the batter into the mold, making sure to fill the top with enough batter. Bake for 35-40 minutes, then let cool completely and carefully remove from the pan. Dust with powdered sugar.
