Preheat:
Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan-assisted oven). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut & Roll:
Cut the puff pastry into strips or squares large enough to wrap the sausages.
Place a sausage on each piece of dough and roll tightly. Gently press the edges to seal.
Fold:
Place the rolls on the baking sheet and brush the tops with beaten egg for a nice golden brown color.
Bake:
Bake for 15–20 minutes, until the dough is well risen and golden brown.
Topping:
Let it cool for a few minutes and serve warm, perhaps with mustard, ketchup, or a homemade dipping sauce.
