Peel and grate the carrot. Finely grate the white cabbage.
Core the green apples and cut them into thin slices or cubes.
In a bowl, mix the grated carrot, grated cabbage and sliced/diced green apples.
In another bowl, mix the sour cream, Greek yogurt, garlic paste, juice of one lemon, salt and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and mix gently to coat everything well.
Squeeze the remaining half lemon over the salad to make it even fresher.
Refrigerate the salad for about 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
